Zizi was amazing - so helpful, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me. I needed advice for 2 pairs and she helped me choose the best pairs I have had so far! She also explained everything so thoroughly, helped me understand the process and options (as I am travelling from Australia) and genuinely was so friendly throughout the whole process. Very bad service from a female staff. Last time checked power at the same place, the other staff said rabun jauh, so she recommended to do the spec. And then when we came later to do the spec, other female staff said "this one not teruk, actually no need to do spec" and then asked her colleagues about this, and then they kept laughing to each other while speaking a language we couldn't understand. She came again to say we didn't need the spec, and to only do it if our vision became "more kabur". I am weirded out because do u not want more customers? My mother really wanted to do the spec because she's having discomfort with her eyes but the staff dismissed us just like that. The laughing while speaking other language with her colleagues was totally unnecessary and rude.
And to add on, when we were picking the frames initially all the staff was busy chatting and 1 was busy talking on the phone instead of attending to us.
Thanks you guys just lost yourself a returning customer since 2020 and I am never coming back again because the service has been deteriorated compared to when I first came.

1) The staff all like puppet standing there and won't serve you.
2) You get what you paid. Rm68/RM98 is normal lense. When you fall into the upsell trap, you actually pay more than other optic shop.
3) The product quality is low. I can feel the frame is loosen even i try to tighten it.
4) Only thing good about the shop is fast delivery. You only need to wait 1 hour.

I would like to raise a concern based on my recent experience. I made a new pair of glasses on 24 July 2025 at 7:22 PM, and picked them up around 8:30 PM. After selecting my frame, I handed it to a middle-aged lady, who brought me to do a machine eye check and retrieved my previous record from the cashier. She informed me that my power had only a slight difference – specifically a 0.25 difference in astigmatism on the left side and mentioned to proceed using my old prescription without performing a manual eye check. Unfortunately, I was involved in an accident later that night after wearing the new glasses, as I realized the angle of the lenses felt off. On 25 July 2025 at 12:40 PM, I returned to the store to have them checked. The cashier insisted that the power was the same, which was why no manual check was performed. However, a Malay staff member later discovered that the axis was incorrectly written as 175 degrees instead of 170 degrees. I'm sharing this feedback in the hope that your team will strictly follow the SOP when preparing glasses. I understand that mistakes can happen – we are all human but in this case, a manual check would have likely caught the error before the glasses were made. Fortunately, my accident did not involve anyone else, but this situation could have been more serious. I sincerely hope your team will take this matter seriously to avoid similar incidents in the future. Thank you.
